  • DuellCall/iMakerCalls need to access your files so that you can able to send documents while chatting with other users within app.

3.  SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

1. You hereby unconditionally agree, consent to and permit Us to transfer, share, disclose or part with all or any of Your Information, within and outside of the Republic of India to third party service providers / partners for one or more of the Purposes or as may be required by applicable law.

2. You acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permissible under applicable laws, it is adequate that when We transfer Your Information to any other entity within or outside Your country of residence, We will place contractual obligations on the transferee which will oblige the transferee to adhere to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

7. CHOICE/OPT-OUT

You agree and acknowledge that You are providing Your Information out of Your free will. You have an option not to provide or permit DuellCall/iMakerCalls to collect Your Personal Information or later on withdraw Your consent with respect to such Personal Information so provided herein by sending an email to the grievance officer or such other electronic address as may be notified to You. However, in such cases We may not be able to provide certain Services to You.

8. DATA RETENTION

We will retain Your Information for as long as Your Account is active or as needed to provide Our Services. We shall retain and use the Information collected by Us as necessary to comply with Our legal obligations, resolve disputes or for other Purposes. If You cancel/ deactivate/ unsubscribe Your account with Us, We are not under any obligation to retain Your Information. However, We may retain the Information pertaining to the User for the maximum period permitted under the law of the land from the date of deactivation of User’s Account.

9. DATA UPDATION AND DELETION.

The User can use the feedback form on the website or software to notify DuellCall/iMakerCalls of any updates, changes, or corrections to their previously collected information. In addition, upon user request, we will use our reasonable business efforts to remove user information from our databases; however, it may not be possible to completely delete user data due to support data or deleted records.
